“2019 Business of Design Week” Event Cancellation
In view of the current situation in the city, Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) announced today the cancellation of this year’s Business of Design Week (BODW) Summit (2-7 December 2019).
We would like to sincerely apologise to our attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners and supporters for the inconvenience caused. At the same time, we would like to thank everyone for their effort and support.
For participants who have bought a ticket for BODW, our team will contact you shortly about refund arrangements. We appreciate your continued support, and look forward to welcoming you to our next BODW.

David Graduated from Diocesan Boys’ School and received his bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with honors from the University of Houston. Lo started off as the Art Director for bgx Bates and Alan Chan Design. In 1999, Lo joined Grey Worldwide and established Wba, a branding design company of Grey. Prior to launching LOMATTERS Creative Studio, Lo joined South China Media as General Manager.
Lo is also a pro-active member in worldwide design competitions. Special recognition is earned at the awards of Communication Arts, New York Festivals, One Show, Young Guns Australia, Japan Applied Typography, DFA Design for Asia Awards, and HKDA Awards and Ten Outstanding Designers Award 2013, etc.
Outside of work, Lo has been contributing his time to mentoring design students at the HKU SPACE, The City Polytechnic University & Hong Kong Baptist University, etc.
